TEK4 – COVID-19 Press Release
To all our customer & suppliers,
We wanted to take a moment to write to you all, to send you our wishes of good health during these uncertain times, as well as update you all on what is happening at TEK4 as the UK battles with COVID-19.
At every opportunity we have adhered to government guidelines, we have set up all our office staff with remote offices, enabling us to continue to support you and your businesses through this unprecedented time. Our manufacturing facility is still fully operational, having relocated to a much larger facility at the end of last year we have been able to implement social distancing measures for all of our manufacturing personnel.
We count it a privilege to be using some of our resources to produce PPE parts for the NHS during this time.
As a business we are committed to supporting our customers in any way we can, our technical teams are ready to support you remotely via video conference, phone or email. Our specialist service engineers are still able to support you on site across the UK, each of which have been provided with additional PPE for the current situation.
We are successfully mitigating any potential delays to machine delivery through continual project reviews, taken by the senior leadership daily.
We genuinely want to support our customers in any way we can as we all face challenges at this time, so please contact us if you think we can help.
