Our EDM systems come in three different sizes, 6g FHD Aero a small compact machine allowing for paint to paint placement, 6g FHD ST machine which is our medium sized cross over machine, giving you the ability to drill medium sized aero/IGT components and finally the 6g FHD XLL / GXL edm machine which is our largest machine and is designed for drilling and laser ablation on large gas turbine components, the machine's configuration enables larger then expected components to be machined in a single setup.
