3g FHD EDM Drill - New Generation

A five axis fast hole (FHD) EDM drilling machining centre, ideally suited for aero engine and gas turbine components. It is compact and user friendly. This machine offers a flexible, cost effective solution. The machine is easy to use, programme, has good access and is combined with quick change tooling.

The Tech-Pulse EDM generator has 100 process programmes and allows process parameter change with depth, improving hole start and breakthrough.

The process finger-printing graph enables rapid process development and quality control. The inbuilt deionised water plant has programmable pressure and conductivity control.
