Latest generation 5 axis YAG laser drilling machine, designed specifically for medium to large components incorporating advanced features. This machine has a fixed length beam delivery with a single mirror, which reduces maintenance and improves process quality.
Additionally the beam wrist (B axis) can rotate multiple revolutions, this enables the probe to be mounted 180° from the nozzle and “flipped” into position for probing the component, using the high speed direct drive rotary axis.
